Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lodos.io ("the Service"), provided by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lodos.io is an all-in-one workspace platform that provides integrated tools including but not limited to project management, communication, file storage, AI-powered analytics, video conferencing, and development tools. The Service is available via web browser, desktop applications (macOS, Windows, Linux), and mobile applications (iOS, Android).

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions, Tokens and Payments

Paid operations in the Service are paid for with tokens. Tokens are credited periodically with a subscription plan or added to your wallet by purchasing a token pack. Your Lodos account uses the same token wallet in other Loopcode products built on the Lodos infrastructure (for example Yeşilçam Studios). Tokens are therefore subject to the same rules regardless of which product credited them. By subscribing or purchasing a token pack:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or pack.
  • Plans. The Standard plan is free. For accounts opened through Lodos, the free plan is credited each month with the number of tokens stated on the pricing page. For accounts opened through Yeşilçam Studios, the free plan’s token allowance is determined by the Yeşilçam Studios Terms of Service. A daily usage limit may apply on the free plan. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly or, where offered, annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Renewal. The renewal fee is charged to your saved card at the start of each period. If the charge fails, it is retried for a few days. If it still fails, your account is moved to the free Standard plan. Tokens you have purchased or been gifted are not affected by this change.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; a request to move to the free Standard plan also counts as cancellation. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Plan benefits and the period’s tokens remain available until the end of the paid period; at the end of the period your account moves to the free Standard plan. On this change, unused period tokens expire and the free plan’s token allowance applies as described under “Plans” above. Tokens you have purchased or been gifted are kept.
  • Operation cost. The token cost of paid operations is published on the lodos.io/token page and, in modules where it is offered, shown before the operation is started. The token cost of an operation may vary depending on your plan.
  • Token packs are one-time purchases. Once tokens are credited to the wallet and have started to be used, they are non-refundable. The pack price may vary depending on your plan at the time of purchase. The price that applies to you is shown on the payment screen. Tokens for paid operations that could not be completed for a reason attributable to us are refunded to your wallet.
  • Token validity. Tokens credited with a subscription plan are valid only within the relevant period. Unused period tokens do not carry over to the next period, and the new period’s tokens are credited instead. On annual plans, tokens are credited in monthly instalments. Each instalment is valid until the next instalment is credited. Purchased token packs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and are not affected by subscription renewals or plan changes. At the end of this period, any unused portion of the pack is removed from your wallet. The validity of tokens granted as a gift or promotion is stated separately in the relevant campaign.
  • Order of use. When tokens are spent, the tokens whose validity ends soonest are used first. Tokens without an expiry date are used last.
  • Notice. At least 7 days before a purchased token pack expires, we send a notice to the email address registered to your account. Failure of this notice to reach you for any reason does not extend the validity period.
  • Tokens cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account, and may only be used within Loopcode products.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing and token costs with 30 days’ notice. A change does not affect the fee for a period that has already started or the token amount of packs already purchased.

The details of purchases are set out in the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Purchases made through mobile app stores are also subject to the terms of the relevant store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. AI-Powered Features

Certain modules (for example Data Analyst, Web Analyzer, Antivirus and the AI studios) use AI technology. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content.
  • Paid operations (AI generation and compute-intensive operations) consume tokens from your account.
  • We may improve AI models, which could change output quality.

9. Database Connections (Data Analyst)

When using the Data Analyst module, you may connect external databases. You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization to access connected databases.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your database connections.
  • Connection credentials are stored securely and encrypted at rest.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul; in consumer transactions, the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
